Angela Sun

Angela Sun, an American journalist and TV sportscaster, in addition to filmmaker of documentary films. Angela Sun was born on October 19, 1979, at Santa Clara County California. She is an award-winning journalist sportscaster producer and actress. She has a diploma in Communications and Sociology at the University of California. Sun's surfing ability was exceptional and she participated in numerous pro-am tournaments. She was sponsored by big brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The recognition she received of these surfing events was like rocket fuel which prompted her to enter the entertainment industry. Sun later went on to become an as a film and sports reporter, in addition to an investigative journalist. Sun was mainly an anchor for various channels. In 2003, Sun was a Fox Sports Net Correspondent. She also co-hosted American Ninja Warrior in 2012 together with Matt Iseman, Jonny Mosley and Jill Moseley. Sun was the host of The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. Sun is the first Asian American celebrity to appear at ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun's acting talents have brought her the attention of her peers. She worked on movies such as Goliath (2016), Hit the Floor(2014-2016) An Ideal Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun produced and directed Platic Paradise, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2014.
