Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
When she was initially inspired by the shadows she saw on the grass of the trees, she worked for months in developing a process that does not portray the subject in a 2-dimensional image. When objects live or perishable like humans and fruits, they become a painting of them. Her ephemeral painterly style is obvious and what survives of Alexa Meade's work is the photographic image. The painting and photography techniques are tightly coordinated, resulting in a flat two-dimensional space which achieves trompe-l'oeil. The only areas of the photo such as the hair, or eyes, reveal the 3D dimension. Sometimes, Meade integrates her painted models with the 3-dimensional environment around them, which allows them to engage with the self-created universe. The result is a blurring of the lines between photography, painting, and installation.
